WHAT WE WORK ON

Start with health.
Build habits together.

Children’s needs are different from adults’. We focus on family routines, age-appropriate nutrition, and coordination with your child’s pediatrician.

  • Make the whole family part of it

Work together on meals, snack routines, enjoyable activity, and sleep so your child feels supported.

  • Bring calm to everyday eating

Find practical ways to plan meals and introduce nourishing foods that fit your culture, budget, and family life.

  • Put growth and confidence first

Use respectful, age-appropriate conversations. Goals account for growth and overall health, not only the number on a scale.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A clearer way
to get started.

Does my child need a weight loss diet?

Not every child needs to lose weight. Goals depend on age, growth, health history, and the pediatrician’s assessment. We do not apply adult weight loss targets or adult BMI categories to children.

Should a parent or caregiver attend?

Yes. Involving a parent or caregiver helps us understand family routines and build a shared, supportive approach.

Will you work with our pediatrician?

We can coordinate with your child’s medical team to align nutrition care with growth, development, and relevant medical needs. Ask our team about referrals and information sharing.

LET’S TAKE THE NEXT STEP

A healthier you.
A little more support.

You bring your goals. We’ll help you build a way of eating that works for your life.
